She debuted her brand-new neon yellow nails in an Instagram post shared on March 5, and those bright nails weren’t the only thing we couldn’t keep our eyes off. Her bubblegum pink winged liner and half-up hairstyle accessorized with bows were equally as exciting.

Nail artist Zola Ganzorigt, who regularly does the model’s nails, was responsible for the latest colorway of the glazed donut manicure. She painted Bieber’s almond-shaped tips with a lemon-yellow hue and added the shimmery finish, the key to any glazed donut manicure.
Makeup artist Mary Phillips made sure the model’s face looked as radiant as ever, and we expect nothing less from the originator of the glazed-donut-everything trend. Phillips drew a cat eye, which would have been subtle if not for its vibrant bubblegum-pink hue. Phillips also blended a pink blush to her cheeks for a flushed look.
